More options on the table: high-density and units

Got clients trying to crack the market, or investors chasing their next play? They’ve now got more room to move.

They can:

• Borrow up to 80% LVR (up to $1.5M) for high-density units
• Purchase up to 6 strata-titled units in a single complex

Streamlined income docs

For clients with a clean credit history, you now only need 1 year’s tax return and notice of assessment for the following Non-Conforming Full Doc Home Loan options:

• ABNs from 24 months – Near Prime Clear
• ABNs from 12–24 months – Near Prime
